REPORT CARD NOW HAVE WINGS GRADES INCLUDED...

Dear WINGS students,We definitely are meeting this week after school on Monday and Thursday.  (3-4:00 P.M.) Thursday we will have a Christmas celebration from 3-4:00.   IMPORTANT NEWS:  ·         Your progress reports now show the WINGS class.  (It is called 8 WINGS for all students no matter what grade level you are in.)  I have entered the grades for the orientation phase.  Your work for this week is waiting to be graded and will be entered by Thursday.  I have received reports, draft project plans, and the math assignment from several of you.·         Your GPA is now figured with WINGS included.  We do have our first students with greater than 4.0 GPA’s because of the WINGS program.  (Check your progress report.)  Remember, WINGS is an advanced course and gives you a 5 for an A, 4 for a B, 3 for a C, etc.  You are being rewarded for your willingness to tackle a challenge and reach beyond the regular classroom work. Remember, all assignments for this week are due by Wednesday a.m. Congratulations, by the way.  You are the first students in the state of Indiana to be registered and use the Learning Connection.  There are over a million students in the state and you are the first!
