We are now ready to accept documentation of community service hours. Download the Community Hours Service Log that you can print out, or you can get one from your teacher. This and all school forms & documents can also be found on the Download page.
We must have proof in the form of a letter that describes the number of hours, dates of service, and a signature from the individual or organization served. Attach (staple or paper clip) this proof to your Hours Log. You will not receive credit until a teacher or administrator signs it. We will track and report hours served in the conduct section of the Online Progress Report and also on the student's report card.
