Fall 2008 Highlights
We opened the Academy doors for the first time Aug. 4, 2008, "fully subscribed" they say, or, in layman's terms, 100 percent full! Two hundred forty students packed the hallways that day, and everyone, including the Commandant, was feeling butterflies in the stomach with everyone experiencing the thrill of the first day at a new school.
As we conclude the first semester of our inaugural year — a mid-way point to a fulfilling and academically challenging school year, let's take a look back at a few of the Fall 2008 Highlights.
