As we approach the conclusion of the academic year, we would like to inform you about the scheduled End-of-Year Technology Collection for high school students. All school-issued Chromebooks and chargers must be returned during one of the designated collection periods listed below.
Device Collection Schedule:
Tuesday, May 20 – 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Wednesday, May 21 – 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Thursday, May 22 – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Friday, May 23 – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Important Notes:
Students must wait until they have completed their final exams before turning in their Chromebook.
Both the school-issued Chromebook and charger must be returned.
Any student who fails to return both items by the end of the school day on Friday, May 23 will be charged the full replacement cost of the unreturned equipment.

MEDICATION PICK-UP REMINDER!
All parents that have signed a medication into the clinic, please remember to pick them up prior to the end of the last day of school!
You are welcome to come to the school anytime between 8am-3:00pm. Please note on May 23rd, the last day of school, we ask that you are here no later than 2:30pm for medication pick-up.
We are grateful for all of your help in keeping your students safe while they are here with us at APA!
If you plan to bring a medication back for the 25-26 school year, please remember to have the pharmacy label attached (as this acts as the physician's order), check the expiration date, and have your physician provide an Action Plan if needed for asthma, allergy or seizure related medications.
