Here you will find the 2025-2026 Visual Uniform Guidelines. These graphics are meant to help you gain a better understanding of what our school uniforms look like and what options are available. This does not include CAP uniforms, where all requirements come only from CAP instructors.

APA Staffing Update: We wanted to provide our 29th St. families an update regarding a change of leadership at the Pre-Academy and Academy. Director Miller will be leaving APA at the end of this month to pursue a new leadership opportunity within a virtual learning environment. We are all very appreciative of his leadership contributions over the past 6 years and thankful for his support in helping us navigate the new graduation requirements that begin with the Class of 2029. We wish him all the best on his new journey! We are excited to announce that Capt. Henry will be moving into the 29th St. principal role to replace Director Miller. Capt. Henry is an enthusiastic leader who already has established a strong relationship with staff, families, and cadets through his previous teaching and leadership positions, and we are all looking forward to working with him and your families during this transition. As approved during our May board meeting, our dismissal times will be changing for the 2025-2026 school year. 29th Street (grades 6-12) will move from a 3:05pm dismissal to a 3:30pm dismissal time. APA 2025 Graduation time has been moved from 1pm to 6pm on Saturday, June 7, 2025. On Monday night, your Varsity Baseball team defeated the Liberty Christian Lions to advance in the state tournament. This means that they will now play a Regional game on Saturday, June 7. This morning the IHSAA did the blind drawing for regional play and our regional game will be held at 11am at Mooresville High School. With over ten percent of our graduating class on and actively playing for the baseball team, we have made the executive decision to push back graduation to 6pm. While we know this is wildly inconvenient, we believe this is in the best interest of our cadets and families. I understand the change of expectations and how you may have feelings about this. If you would like to openly discuss this, you may email brue@goapa.org to receive a reply. The 6pm start time will allow for all of our cadets to travel to the game, cheer on our team, and arrive SAFELY back for graduation.
